Nature of Movement, Movement in Nature

The workshop will be held in a forest farm near Sirsi in the Malnad region of the Western Ghats. It will explore the body-mind-soul connection, along with participants becoming part of the everyday life of a forest and farming community. The workshop will help you connect with yourself, with the wilderness around you and will be a retreat to look at sustainability in a practical, yet deeply physical and emotional way. Being able to dance is not a requirement for the workshop. Just the willingness to come and be a part of this fragile, life-giving landscape and to lose yourself here is enough. Its in losing that you will end up finding!
